The police were able to track them down in the Bhima area of Rajsamand district five hours after the incident. The accused have been identified as Riyaz and Gauss.

More people involved?

The police believe that some more people may be involved in this incident. Efforts are on to nab the co-conspirators. The Udaipur Police has not yet issued any statement regarding the arrest of Riyaz and Gauss. But it is being reported that they were caught at a friend’s house, about 120 km from Udaipur.

Kanhaiya received repeated threats?

According to police sources, between June 17 and June 28, the two suspects issued more than seven videos with death threats. These videos were posted on social media.

According to the police, there seems to be a pre-planned conspiracy behind Kanhaiya’s killing. The police have seen all the videos. Based on these, the search is on for three more people.
