International cover: Kaja Kallas, Estonia’s Iron Lady

The week’s international cover features an exclusive interview with Kaja Kallas, the prime minister of Estonia. After coming to power in 2021, Kallas has swiftly become a prominent force on the world stage, not least because of her government’s response to Vladimir Putin’s war (per capita, Estonia has given more support to Ukraine than any other).
